Our Youth in Action

It is amazing what our young people can do when we send them off to camp at Rainbow Trail Lutheran Camp.  They not only had a great time rafting through the rapids but on high ropes as well.  It is absolutely amazing what our young people can do when they put their minds to it.

 Whether they were swinging through the trees, walking on the logs 30 feet up or zipping down after they were done they had a great time.  A little shakey at times, but none the less they "made it!"

It is absolutely amazing what people can do when they put their minds to it and there is no better place to start trying than at Confirmaiton Camp.  We rafted, walked, swung and fretted through the trees during High Ropes and we learned about the power and love of Christ during Bible Study and worship.  There wasn't too much more we could ask for!  The Holy Spirit came alive for us and we sure did shine!

 After Confirmation camp our group decided to take a weekend to go camping again.  This time it was up to the mountains again, but without fancy cabins.  The tents made it up by the lake and it was pretty comfortable.  There were about 24 all together which made for an interesting time in Bible Study as well as fishing, swimming and hiking.  The meals weren't too bad either!  Rich and Laina brought their dog and there is no other word for the weekend but "AWESOME!"
